- Pay per role if you are the only person interviewing. Subscribe when several people interview and you want them working from the same frameworks, with dashboards and reporting across the team. The difference is interviewers rather than how much you hire.
- What counts as a role?
- One position you are filling, with up to eight candidates interviewed for it. The briefing, competency framework, interview guide and every candidate summary are included. Interviewing the same person more than once for that role counts once.
- How long does a three-role pack last?
- Twelve months from purchase, and you can use the roles whenever you need them.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days and up to 5 interviews, with no credit card required.
- How is our data handled?
- Our privacy policy covers where information is stored, who processes it and how long it is kept. A person makes every hiring decision; the AI never decides who is hired.
